Our Health Care Practice:
Home Health Aide Visits

After the Registered Nurse Case Manager has developed the personalized plan, our health aides, or caregivers, carry out the plan with care and compassion.  Our caregivers are going to be the most unvarying and constant part of our patient’s health care treatment.  This is because their tasks are relevant to every day needs.  They can assist with:

• Bathing
• Eating
• Dressing
• Toileting
• Ambulating

We have also found that a minimum number of hours are really required for the health aide visits to be effective.  Therefore, your visits must begin with a minimum of four hours and can later be reduced to one-hour increments as needed.      

The caregiver is closely monitored by the Registered Nurse throughout the entire service plan cycle.  This, combined with our comprehensive selection, screening and training process, gives the client’s family the peace of mind knowing that their loved one is being cared for by a skilled and compassionate professional.
